What happens if the hard drive of host machine crashes?

We have RAID 1 configuration of HDD's in host machine whereby we will be able to hot swap failed HDD with a good one without losting any data. However, in case of an unforeseen event of entire RAID array crash, we will need setup a fresh server and individual VM's thereafter. Customers will thereafter need to re-upload their files/databases and reconfigure the VPS. In case customer has purchased backups from us, we will perform restoration of VPS from last available good backup at no additional cost.
