Dear clients,
Currently there is a hardware issue with one of the client's hosting VPS servers. We are working on resolving this asap. Meantime we can start restoring your personal VPS from backups. If you want this to be done for you, please submit a ticket to VPS support with this request. The backups are from this morning - 14.01.2019, around 1:50 a.m.
We highly appreciate your patience on this matter and hopefully it will be resolved soon. We will post here updates, when such are available.
Update 15.01
All virtual machines have been restored from a backup and should be working properly now.
