Currently, we experience technical issues which affect the shared hosting servers with IPs 109.169.24.85 and 109.169.24.11, also with the physical server hosting VMs (VPS8).
The tech team in the datacenter is working on the issues and they should be resolved soon.

Update: 

Our technical team is still working on the issue and doing their best to resolve it as soon as possible.

We can restore VMs from backup taken yesterday morning. However, you will lose the data entered in the last 24 hours. 

Please open a support ticket if you would like to request your VM to be restored from the last backup.

 

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience in this matter.

 

Update:

We are currently replacing the motherboard of the physical server.  

 

Update 24.02.2018, 12:30
Our Tech team is still trying to start the server where all VPS servers are located.
We could restore your VPS immediately on a new server using a backup from 22.02
If you want us to do this, please submit a ticket  to Tech support or VPS support.

Both shared hosting servers with IPs 109.169.24.85 and 109.169.24.11 were restored on a new hardware,
using backups from 22.02 1:29 All websites there should be working properly.

We managed to restore all data up to the moment of the server hardware crash and we will start restarting the VPS servers.
We highly appreciate your patience and are happy to inform you that there will be no data loss for the VPSs.

The issue has been finally resolved. All VMs are up and running.
