From now, you will now login to Cyber Host Pro's client area known as Portal. Portal is used to manage your hosting services including:
- Paying Invoices
- Changing Control Panel Passwords
- Contacting Technical Support
- Domain Name Registration & Renewals
Please do the following today:
- Visit https://portal.cyberhostpro.com
- login with your email address and your usual password. (if you don't remember your password, click forgot password)
- When logged at the top it will say Hello {$client_name}! click or tap this and then go to Update Personal Details
Please then do the following
- Check your name, address & phone number are correct
- Enter your VAT number if you have one
- Select your preferred payment method, the options are PayPal, Credit/Debit card or Direct Debit.
- Save Changes - On the main menu select Billing > My invoices and check if you have any unpaid invoices.
for your convenience, when you pay an invoice to Cyber Host Pro we will store securely your billing details with our merchant provider to enable automatic billing for all future invoices to keep your account up to date.
Cyber Host Pro won't have access to view your billing details such as credit card number or paypal/direct debit information as this is stored with our merchant providers which you can cancel anytime.
