Dear customers,

 As you may know, we are currently experiencing  technical difficulties with one of our web servers with IP, which is causing websites timeouts and inaccessibility.

As this server already seems to be completely unreliable, we took the decision to migrate it on SSD disks in new datacenter. Currently we are dealing with this process. It will take about 10 hours and then we will need to make some DNS changes. We are confident that on the new server the issues from the last couple of months will be permanently resolved.

We ask you for one last bit of patience and we would like to apologize for any caused inconveniences. Also we would like to assure you that our administrators are doing everything possible to rectify the problem.

10 p.m 

All websites are online now. The server was overloaded due to a DDoS attack today. We have blocked the attacked ports.
We will postpone the server migration for now, as we need to do some preparation works first.
