Dear customers,Yesterday - 24.01.2018 - the OS of our server with main IP 185.43.79.38 has crashed and couldn't be restarted.
This affects all clients hosted on the High RAM SSD plans and also websites using the following SQL server - mssql2008.aspnethosting.co.uk
Currently we are extracting copy of the file structure using DOS. Please note that this procedure is taking a huge amount of time.
This server was planned to be migrated on new hardware in few months, however the current issue will speed up this process. We have a new server prepared and can start migrating the hosting plans as soon as the files are being copied.
Also we have a backup from 14.01 which could be used immediately to recreate your hosting plans - in case the older date of the files suits you.
