Server IP: 213.229.119.98 crashed and all websites migration needed We are sorry to inform you that one of our servers crashed. The DNS settings of the server are: ns4.aspnethosting.co.uk ns3.aspnethosting.co.uk IP: 213.229.119.98 We gave our best to keep it working but eventually it crashed due to updates, several issues, etc. In order to keep the websites and all services working we should migrate the data to one of our other servers. If your hosting plan is on the failed server please contact us via our ticket system or LiveChat and request the data to be migrated. The downtime during the migration process will be minimum if the domain or domains are hosted with us using name servers because the name servers are the same for the other server. If the domains are hosted using the A records, you will have to change them to 185.43.51.212 Also as this is a different server you would not be able to use the same FTP accounts and you will need to recreate them in the new hosting plan. The new ftp server you should use is ftp://185.43.51.212 The mail server, MySQL and SQL servers remain the same and there will be no data loss at all.Thursday, April 27, 2017
