This morning (15.02) at 6:00 a.m.GMT we ran a scheduled update of the antivirus program and after restart the operating system crashed. This affected the mail server performance and Control Panel access as well. Since then we are working on solving this issue. Our expectations are it to be solved until 10:00 p.m. GMT

There will be no email loss.

Due to replacement hardware we need to change the starting time of the server to 8:00 AM GMT on 16.02.2015

Start of hardware changes followed by system recover using Windows Server Backup. Expected time until 11:30 AM GMT

There was incompatibility in new hardware, which we replaced and the problem was resolved. We started system restore using Windows Server Backup. Estimated time to 15:30 GMT

In the analysis of the process of recovery it will take 6 hours instead of the estimated 4. At the risk of predictable wrong time recovery, we think that the mail server can be started after 18:00 GMT

We finished the system restore the server is online and we are running some tests

The mail server is working now. 

There could be a delay in processing outgoing and incoming message because of the huge data in the pool.
